How can I park my car? Is there a cost or do I need to register in advance?

There is a free outdoor parking lot in the resort and no pre-registration is required. Marriott guests can easily access the Marriott lobby when using parking lot A.

The Jeju Shinhwa World shuttle bus has been closed.

We recommend using a taxi or bus and please refer to the 'Location' page on the website.

Is it possible for minors to stay without a guardian?

Under the Juvenile Protection Act and other relevant laws, strictly restricts unaccompanied minors from using the Resort rooms.
Minors (under 19 years of age) can stay at the resort rooms only when accompanied by their legal guardians (parents), and the hotel may request ID to check if at the time of their check-in.

The hotel check-in time is 15 p.m. and the check-out time is 12 p.m.

The Somerset condo check-in time is 15 p.m. and the check-out time is 11 a.m.

What is the maximum number of guests in rooms?

- Superior, deluxe, and Suite type of KING bed: The standard number of guests per room is 3 and up to 2 adults (age 13 or older) are allowed to stay.
- Deluxe Family Twin and Premier Family Twin type of TWIN bed: The standard number of guests per room is 4 and up to 3 adults (age 13 or older) are allowed to stay.

- Family Suite Room Type: The standard number of guests per room is 9 and up to 5 adults (age 13 or older) are allowed to stay for direct family.
- Family Suite Ondol Room Type: The standard number of people per room is 9 and up to 6 adults (age 13 or older) are allowed to stay. After 5 adults may required to extra person charge.

* It complies with the government's social distancing guidelines and can be accommodated with the standard number of people per room type. Please understand that the criteria for staying at the resort can be changed due to the change in the distancing stage.

The family twin room in the hotel can accommodate up to 3 adults and the standard capacity is 4 people.
There are 2 beds in the room and there is a queen bed and a single bed.

- Landing, Shinhwa, Marriott (Hotel): One additional single bed is available for deluxe King type and above King Bed room type.
- Somerset (condo): Up to 2 additional single bedding sets are available.

Extra bed is a paid service and an additional fee per night is charged.

Bed bedding is not available additionally and the hotel offers blanket rental service. It can be closed early with a limited quantity.

Please share the information below and check the items that cannot be serviced delivery.

For safe management of items, you must receive items directly from the concierge desk.

- Please use reservation registered name and mobile number when make a reservation and write reservation confirmation number.
- If request to the resort in advance, please share the tracking number, courier name and delivery item.
- Food, drink and refrigerator storage items are not acceptable to serviced.

Can I stay with my pet at the resort?

Pets are not allowed in room and facility except for assistance dogs for persons with disabilities. 
We recommened to use pet hotel and make a reservation in advantage for a fee. The 'Animal Go' pet hotel is located in Shinhwa Square.

Is there a room available in the microwave?

- Landing, Shinhwa, Marriott (Hotel): Cooking and delivery of food outside the hotel room are restricted and no microwave is available.

- Somerset (Condo): Fully equipped with kitchen facilities and set a multi-oven.

Is the resort's sports facilities for guests only?

The resort's sports facilities (swimming pools and fitness) are operated for guests and are available free of charge with the maximum capacity per room type.

Is there a usage regulation for each sports facility?

Resort sports facilities can be used once a day during the stay and cross-use or re-entry is not allowed.

Apparel Etiquette: Acceptable to wear sportswear and sport shoes.
Admission age limit: Persons under the age of 16 are not permitted

Apparel Etiquette: Appropriate swimwear helps keep the water clean and is important to the health and water safety of all guests.
Admission age limit: Must wear waterproof diapers for under 36 months.
Maximum capacity: 150pax in the Tammora, 250pax in the Mosil and 100pax in the Skypool when operating both indoors and outdoors.

How about the swimming pool?

The resort's swimming pool is operated in the form of a pool, so there are no separate lane. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools are planned for each season.
We rent a life vest for children for free and it may be difficult to rent it in a limitation.
The operation of facility are subject to change according to government guidelines.

- Marriott Hotel Mosil Club House Pool: 1.2m indoor/outdoor swimming pool, 0.5m indoor/outdoor kids pool, 0.5m outdoor Jacuzzi
- Summer: We operate both indoor and outdoor swimming pools and maintain water temperature at 28°C - 32°C. Children's pools in Tammora and Mosil are maintained at 34-35°C.

For safe and comfortable use, the following items are restricted.

Unavailable: Water play equipment (snorkeling equipment, flippers, beach ball, water gun, air mat, baby's toy), stroller

Shinhwa Hotel Skypool is only available with baby arm tubes, neck tubes and life vests.

All rides are restricted according to the height of the occupants for customer safety. Also, please note that there are rides that require an accompanying guardian.
The operation of the rides is subject to change depending on the operation situation. Please check the operating rides at the ticket office before purchasing a ticket. 
Admission may be restricted when the maximum number of users is exceeded for a pleasant environment and safe use of facilities. If that, Admission may be made in proportion to the number of exits.

Does attraction open everyday?

Shinhwa Theme Park is open 365 days a year. Operation of the attractions can be suspended due to the field or weather conditions. Depending on the weather conditions,  outdoor facilities and performances may not operated.

What are the hotel guest promotions for 2021?

All hotel guest will be provided a Big 3 voucher which is able to ride 3 attractions in Shinhwa Theme Park. If hotel guest want to purchase unlimited pass, guests can change their Big 3 voucher  to unlimited pass by paying an additional 9,000 won at Shinhwa Theme Park ticketing booth.

How can I purchase a Shinhwa Theme park ticket?

All guests can get free entry benefit in 2021. visitors are allowed free entry with ticket issued at the ticket office at the entrance to Shinhwa Theme Park. Free entry Ticket is not include ride passes. Ride passes must be purchased separately.

Can I enter the park with pets?

We would like to ask for your understanding that entering with pets are not allowed for the convenience of customers.
Guiding dogs for the visually impaired and the deaf are allowed to enter when they are accompanied by the visually impaired and hearing impaired.
The 'Animal Go' located in Shinhwa Square allows you to use the pet hotel for a fee when you make a reservation in advance.

Is there a dress-code regulation in the facility?

Once entering the Water Park,  the shoes(sneakers, high heels, etc)that you have worn outside are not allowed.
In case that you have to wear these shoes, we advise to wear aqua shoes or flip flops.
Only beachwear and swimsuits are allowed when enjoying pools and attractions in Water Park.
Cotton pants, jeans, climbing clothes, sweatsuits and cotton leggings are restricted.
For riding slides, beachwear and swimsuit with zippers and accessories are also restricted as they may cause damage on the slides.
Please tie the long hair and wear the swimming cap for the personal hygiene, water quality protection and pleasant environment in Water Park.

Life guards are on-site for the safety. Child care, shower services are not provieded. According to the Enforcement Rules of Article 4(7) of the Public Health Control Act, children older than 4 years of age cannot enter the opposite gender locker.

How can I become a member of Shinhwa Rewards?

Shinhwa Rewards is a free membership program.
After signing up for membership through the 'Jeju Shinhwa World website' or 'Shinhwa Rewards mobile APP', you can use the service immediately by logging in.

'No, only one account per member can be created.
A member must provide a valid mobile phone number or email address for identification.
If you re-register after the cancellation of membership, the same mobile phone number and email address will not be available to use again.

Age over 14 can be come a Shinhwa Rewards member. 
However, some services may not be available to individuals under the age of 19 as following:

You can log in with any type of information registered upon membership registration, and you can use it by selecting an ID type and entering a password.

What are membership tier upgrade terms?

Shinhwa Rewards membership offers three different tiers. 
Each Gold, Platinum, and Black tier is upgraded according to the Shinhwa Dollar accumulation. The membership tiers are effective from February 1st of each year to January 31st of the following year. 
Shinhwa Dollar for upgrading and maintaining the membership tier is accumulated based on the actual paid amount, and Shinhwa Dollar paid for promotions/events will be excluded.

- Gold: Immediately after signing-up 
- Platinum: If a member accumulates 277,000 Shinhwa Dollars or more, his or her membership tier will be upgraded to Platinum on February 1st of the following year.
- Black: If a member accumulates 777,000 Shinhwa Dollars or more, his or her membership tier will be upgraded to Black on February 1st of the following year.

How can I cancel my membership?

Members may request cancellation of his or her (Mebermship ID, Name, and contact number ) by emailing to rewards@shinhwaworld.com.

How can I earn and use Shinhwa Dollars?

Shinhwa Dollar 1 can be used as value of KRW 1 and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Shinhwa Dollar can be used when your memberhsip account has valid points.
If your one time payment is of KRW 500,000 or more, points may not be settled immediately which may take up to 1 business day. If your points are not settled after 2 business days, please contact rewards@shinhwaworld.com.

- How to Earn Points: Points are earned based on the payment amount at the participating outlets. (Excluding discounts, vouchers, promotions, and point deductions)
- How to Use Points: You can use Shinhwa Dollars for part or all of the payment. However, if the store is not directly managed by Landing Jeju Development Co., an administration fee (5%) may occur. This fee will additionally be deducted from the existing points. In addition, only one payment method -either credit (debit) card or cash- can be used for the remaining amount after using the voucher or points.

The Shinhwa Dollars will also be refunded directly to the member account.
If there is a tier change from this refund, the new tier will be applied with the benefits corresponding to the new tier.

When does the Shinhwa Dollar expire?

Shinhwa Dollar expires three years after they are settled. (on the last day of the month) For example, Shinhwa Dollars accumulated on June 1, 2019 will expire on June 30, 2022.
Unused Shinhwa Dollars will automatically expire, and the expiry date cannot be extended.

Yes, please refer to the following process:
1. You may visit the outlet again with receipt, but Shinhwa Dollars can be earned on the day of payment.
2. Send your Shinhwa Rewards membership number and photo of the receipt to rewards@shinhwaworld.com with membership ID, name and contact number

How can I get the Birthday vouchers?

This promotion can be used on the member's birthday (must match with the member's identification) and a hotel reservation must be made under the name of the member.

Will I be able to use my birthday voucher that I got this year for next year?

Birthday benefit vouchers are updated every year. The voucher cannot be re-issued, and the expiry date cannot be extended. You can enjoy next year's new birthday benefit.
