The complimentary birthday stay promotion has ended early by November 1, 2020. Vouchers be issued until October 31, 2020.

Existing voucher holders can make reservations through the website below. 

■ Reservation Information

- You can make a reservation after logging in Shinhwa Rewards at http://rsvp.shinhwaworld.com/micropages/BirthdayVoucher.
- If you want to a room upgrade, you can make a reservation through 1670-8800 (Reservation Center). 

Voucher Guidelines (based on voucher issued by October 31, 2020

- Voucher must be presented with personal identification when staying on the voucher holder’s legally-registered birthday. 
- Members presenting personal identification with a date of birth that does not match the date of stay will be charged the full regular room rate. 
- Members who want to change to an upper level of room type or another hotel can change the room with additional charge upon booking or check-in. 
- If you do not check in on the arrival date (No Show) or in case of cancellation penalty, or not check in after making a double reservation with the same voucher, the full regular room rate will be charged. 
- This e-voucher is applied for any person with the age of 19 years or older.
- Complimentary Stay vouchers are provided in the form of e-vouchers via the JSW Rewards mobile app. 
- Reservation may not be possible if all promotional rooms are all reserved. 
- In case of any disputes, Landing Jeju Development Co., Ltd. reserves the right to make the final decision.
- Advance reservation is required when using the voucher (+82-64-908-8800) and must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival.
